A Person Like Me (from Season 2 / Back – 2014)

Infinite have a real knack for sentimental ballads, partly because they possess such a range of vocal tones. This helps lend even the most generic sentimentality much needed texture. A Person Like Me soars thanks to the extended notes that form its emotive chorus. As usual, Sungkyu and Woohyun take the lead on the song’s more vocally taxing moments, but the rest of the group provide ample support, creating a gorgeous blend of harmonization that gives A Person Like Me a lush, ornate appeal even as it ticks off all the expected boxes when it comes to a ballad like this.
